Big Agnes - Fly Creek UL 3 Person Tent

Description

The single hub/pole design works in conjunction with the tent body's integrated DAC Twist Clips to make setting up the Fly Creek UL 3 fast, easy and intuitive. The Big Agnes Fly Creek UL 3 backpacking tent is an ultra-light enthusiast's dream. Tapered from the head to the foot of the tent, the interior of the Fly Creek UL 3 measures 66' at its widest point and stretches a full 90' in length. If you really want to travel light, leave the tent body at home and use the rainfly alone with the optional Fly Creek UL 3 Footprint (sold separately) for a tarp-style set-up that weighs a mere 2 pounds, 5 ounces! Coated with 1200mm waterproof polyurethane, the silicone-treated rip-stop nylon floor and rainfly are lightweight and durable. Seven interior mesh pockets provide places to stash gear and clothes while integrated gear loft loops offer a connection point for the Big Agnes Wall Gear Loft or Large Trapezoid Gear Loft (both sold separately). Lightweight, collapsible DAC Featherlite NSL + NFL poles provide the Fly Creek UL 3 with freestanding structure. An eco-friendly anodizing process is used by DAC to treat the poles without the toxic chemicals traditionally used on aluminum tent poles. Streamlined to cut unnecessary weight, the Fly Creek UL 3 accommodates three or serves as a roomy shelter for two backpackers. The 39 square feet of interior space provides ample room, and the vestibule offers 12.5 square feet of additional weather-protected external storage space.
