The detachable oversized down hood has a two-way drawcord that cinches in warmth. Length from the highest point on the shoulder to the lowest point of the drop-tail hem is 38". One of our warmest jackets, the City Storm Parka is our longest fully seam-taped H2No Performance Standard parka with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish for additional protection. The two-way center-front zipper with full-length, snap placket wind flap makes sitting and cycling comfortable.
